Vestige (2024)

Vestige (2024)

Life is fleeting; nothing remains constant. We are fortunate to witness what once thrived, yet powerless to stop its transformation. Environments shift, beauty fades, politics evolve, and even our minds are in flux. But do we truly control change, or are we merely its observers? Is it ever reversible?

I seek the remnants of memories-fragments buried beneath time and neglect. Through this collection, I imagine a society that embarks on this search, grappling with the weight of their regret. They mourn what has eroded yet years to reclaim what was lost. Their journey is one reflection, an attempt to find equilibrium, between decay and renewal, destruction, and transformation.
